Custom Flight Contest Rules

Official Contest Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. SPONSOR

This Contest (the "Contest") is sponsored by Kingston Billiards and Games, located at 1507 John Counter Blvd, Kingston, ON K7M 3L5.

2. CONTEST PERIOD

The Contest is an ongoing bi-weekly promotion consisting of consecutive bi-weekly entry periods, starting every first Friday and third Friday of the month at 12:00 AM EDT and ending the following 2nd Thursday at 11:59 PM EDT.

3. ELIGIBILITY

The Contest is open to legal residents of Canada (excluding Quebec) who have reached the age of majority in their province or territory of residence at the time of entry. Employees of the Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and suppliers (collectively the “Employees”), and immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of Employees are not eligible to participate in the Contest.

4. HOW TO ENTER

Share Your Custom Design: Receive one (1) entry by posting an image of your custom flight design in the comments of the active weekly contest post on the @kingstonbilliardsandgamescom Facebook page. Limit one (1) entry per person, per day.

5. PRIZE

There is one (1) prize (the "Prize") available to be won each week, consisting of a Customized Target Darts K-Flex product. If the winner is unable to claim the Prize via local pick-up, free standard shipping within the eligible Contest area will be provided. The Prize is non-transferable, and no cash substitution is permitted.

6. WINNER SELECTION

A random drawing will be conducted by the Sponsor from all eligible entries received during the applicable weekly entry period. The selected potential winner will be notified by social media within five (5) business days of the drawing. As a condition of winning, the selected entrant must first correctly answer a time-limited, mathematical skill-testing question without assistance of any kind (mechanical or otherwise), which will be administered by direct message on social media.

7. ODDS OF WINNING

The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the applicable weekly Contest Period.

8. GENERAL CONDITIONS

By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor. The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any person found to be tampering with the entry process or otherwise violating these Official Rules. All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned.

The Sponsor collects personal information from entrants to administer this Contest. By entering, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information for this purpose.

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook or Meta Platforms, Inc. By entering, participants confirm they completely release Facebook and Meta of all responsibility.
